Endsleigh Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
Endsleigh Insurance Services Limited ('Endsleigh'), Shurdington Road, Cheltenham,
Gloucester GL51 4UE is the promoter.
• The competition is open from 21th November 2008 to 1st January 2009.
• One winner will be drawn at random on the week commencing the 2nd February
2009
• The judge's decision is final.
• Entry into the prize draw can be via completing an online home or car insurance
quote
• One entry per person equates to one entry in the prize draw. Multiple entries and
entries submitted by agents or third parties will be invalid.
• Open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the Republic of
Ireland over the age of 17 years old only.
• No correspondence will be entered into in connection with the prize draw.
• The prize draw is not open to employees of Endsleigh, its agencies or any other
organisation associated with this prize draw.
• The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone.
• Entry to the prize draw confirms the acceptance as final and legally binding.
• Endsleigh accepts no responsibility for entries lost.
• The prize will be paid via cheque, to the value of £100 to the winner only. The
cheque will be issued within one month of the winner being announced.
• Any personal data relating to you will be used in accordance with UK data
protection legislation and, save as stated above, will not be disclosed to any third
party without your prior consent.
• No purchase is necessary.
• Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• Endsleigh reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time
without prior notice. Any amendment will be posted on the Endsleigh website.
• This prize draw and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of
England and Wales.
